Super Junior Tops the Oricon

Wah!!! In fact its not easy to lead the Oricon poll, which usually leads by Jpop idols. But who said kpop cant make a huge wave in Japan and captivates their heart hehee... Super Junior also had proved it!!!

As expected, Super Junior, the leaders of the Hallyu wave, has topped Japan's Oricon chart for the first time since their debut!

On December 11, officials of Oricon announced that Super Junior's December 7 release, "Mr. Simple," had ranked first on the daily single chart, effectively making it the group's best achievement since their Japanese debut.

At the time of its release, the Japanese version of "Mr. Simple" ranked second, achieving 35,854 units in sales and lining up against major names in Japan like AKB48.

This is an especially meaningful feat in that the boys had yet to start any major promotions for the album. Aside from concerts, they have not been on any special Japanese TV shows, relying just on their Hallyu power alone.
In comparison, Super Junior's first single, "Bonamana," which was released back in June, debuted at second on the Oricon daily chart, showing that the boys are moving up the ladder.

To add to the great news, Super Junior also sold out their Osaka Dome concerts on December 10 and 11, bringing together over 80,000 fans!

The "Super Show 4" made a stop at the Osaka Kyoceradome where they performed their hit songs like "Sorry Sorry," "Bonamana," "Super Man," and a special stage with f(x) as guests, "Oops!" The group managed to sing a total of 38 lives, including the members' individual stages.

Japanese fans were also in for a treat, as the group sang Japanese versions of "Mr. Simple" and Super Junior-M's "Too Perfect."

A lot of heavy equipment were brought in to truly bring out the charm of the concert, including cranes, wires, lasers, fountains, and cable cars, truly making it a large scale concert.

Fans showed their support with their colorful placards and blue light sticks all throughout the concert. At the end, the members said, "It's an honor to be able to perform at such a big concert hall. We'd like to thank everyone for creating such great memories with us."

Eunhyuk tears after having fun during his last DJing of Sukira

Thanks to foreverasia streaming site for giving me an opportunity watching Super Junior Kiss the Radio especially for the final episode for Eunteuk appearance ^^, Tonight air such a historical night which their viewers also increased more than 5k people. Woahhh that are sooo lot!!! Tonight Sukira was wonderful. We can hear the boys were laughing all the time. They were really working hard to make fun and of course we are viewers kept laughing as well although we actually have no idea what they were talking about. But yeah to seeing they are having fun, we can feel the party atmosphere as well XD I believe they shared lot of things, commonly about their experience as an idols... when they touring the world, about wonderful and fun memories, etc. Hey, Donghae also came to studio tonight! To accompany Hyuk, i guess hehe They were also some clips..emm audio wish from fans from different countries. Woahhh i envy them for saying fluent Korean :p

At the end, Eunhyuk and Leeteuk asked to give their wish and Hyuk suddenly cant stop his feeling and sheds tears. Hyuk & Leeteuk, we will miss you especially your appearance in Sukira ^^, Fighting man!!!

02122011 Super Junior at One World Hotel Malaysia

Eh jinjja??? Emmm... it could be when they were checked in last Friday, i guess. At first i was also misunderstood as the hotel's name is One World Hotel... i thought the one in Genting. But in Petaling Jaya also got one One World Hotel ^^

Extreme shopping special; 'martial-arts love comedy'; CM of the week: Mikakuto

Variety shows have been forging open collaborations with commercial enterprises for some time now, but never as blatantly as TV Tokyo's two-hour special "Sennyu! Mitchaku 24 Jikan Kuizu" ("Infiltrate! Intense 24-hour Quiz"; Mon., 8 p.m.).

A large video crew and a team of celebrities, mostly female, descend on a shopping mall (281 stores!) that recently opened near the Shonan beach region of Kanagawa Prefecture. The team basically sets up a quiz-variety show that followed the goings-on in the mall during the 24 hours prior to the grand opening. Yuko Mizuno, Mayumi Ono and other TV personalities report on the employees' last-minute preparations and carry out an "information endurance quiz" about the things they've learned in the process.

Based on a popular comic, the drama special "Ranma ½" (Nihon TV, Fri., 7 p.m.) is described as a "martial-arts love comedy," but it's actually a lot more.

High school student Akane (Yui Aragaki) has decided she will take over her father's martial-arts academy one day, and is working to become a master fighter. However, her father has different plans for her, and is already arranging for her to marry a young man named Ranma (Kento Kaku).

Ranma is not quite what he seems. When he is splashed with cold water, he turns into a woman (played by Natsuna), and when he is splashed with warm water, he turns back into a man. His reason for getting close to Akane is that he has heard that there is a hidden spring under her high school whose waters will make him a man permanently.

Mikakuto: Masaki Aiba, a member of the boy band Arashi, is passing through a city plaza when he overhears a young woman ask her friend in a concerned tone of voice if she's suffering from a sore throat. Aiba reacts by spinning violently, shedding his clothes in the process to reveal a white jumpsuit and a bright red scarf. He has turned into ... Aiba-chan.

Though obviously some kind of self-styled superhero, Aiba-chan's only "power" is to distribute Mikakuto throat-lozenge candies to stricken civilians while leaping about in what looks like a useless attempt at flight. Nevertheless, the girl who receives the candy is grateful. "Thank you, Aiba-kun," she says. "That's Aiba-chan," he insists, while folding his discarded clothes into a neat pile.
