Kang Ho Dong will leave 1 Night 2 Days???

Kang Ho Dong recently announced that he wants to leave “One Night Two Days” and end his appearance after filming for the end of August. It is being said that he has told fellow members on the show that he would want to leave.

Currently KBS is in an emergency state as they are trying to stop Kang Ho Dong from leaving. The reason is that Kang Ho Dong cannot be removed from the show as he is the show’s symbol and also the eldest. Currently, all higher ups at KBS are trying to convince Kang Ho Dong to stay.

Therefore, it is still too early to tell whether Kang Ho Dong will actually leave the show or not. In the past, Lee Seung Gi was also trying to leave several shows but he ended up staying on. Currently, neither “One Night Two Days” nor Kang Ho Dong have made any official statements.

Ho dong oppa, dont leave! 1N2D is one of my favourite tv programme. You guys made me smile with your bright and funny ideas. I really hope that 1N2D's members will remain as it is now. I dont want changes anymore! Haha... although in fact changes could be happen. Look, we already lost MC Mong and Kim C. Im scared the program will not interesting anymore and cant make me laugh if their member will be less. Or if they change the member, emmm... we also need some time to adapt with the new member. After all, i still hope that Ho dong will not leave 1N2D or even Strong Heart and Star King. BUT, whatever decision he will make... fans should respect and accept it... right. I truly believe that everything in this world should have the reasons... and he as well, could have his own reason in making any decision. emmm... looking forward for the official statement. dup dup dup

Super Junior’s Shindong has started to keep an online diet journal through his me2day account. On August 9th, he publicized this diet journal on his Twitter page, saying, “Shindong’s diet journal will be posted every day on my me2day!!^^ I’ll give you updates on my weight change every day!!! Let’s all start it together!!^^”

In the online diet journal that began on August 8th, Shindong wrote, “From today, I’ll start a diet journal on me2day!!!” His first entry stated, “2011.8.8 7:35 PM (92.4 kg).” (203.7 lbs) In his second entry, however, that was posted on August 9th, he dropped one kg to 91.5 kg as the post said, “2011.8.9 12:59PM (91.5 kg).” (201.7 lbs)

In 2008, Shindong garnered a lot of interest after dropping a lot of weight and showing up with a drastically slimmer look. But shortly after, he gained back weight, returning to his normal figure.

But during last week’s press conference for their new track, “Mr. Simple,” Shindong revealed that he lost nearly 15 kg recently. He added his goal is to lose 30 kg (about 66 lbs), saying he’s lost additional two kilograms while filming for the group’s latest music video.

Arashi pitches tourism

Hehe... i guess all arashian out there already knew about this since it aired almost a month ago. But, i was so frustated for missing the chance to watch their appearance on the big screen in the middle of KL. What we call that? VTR? A message? Or advertisement? huhu whatever it called... I just knew about it after a friend told me haha... how busy i am :p

Popular Japanese boy band Arashi made a pitch Monday to attract more visitors to the country amid a decline in tourist numbers stemming from the ongoing nuclear crisis triggered by the devastating earthquake and tsunami four months ago.

A film titled "Message from Japan" featuring the five-member pop idol group began airing simultaneously in more than 133 countries and regions, including the outdoor screen at New York City's Times Square.

Video footage was also broadcast in Seoul and London, and will also be shown at airports and Japanese embassies worldwide in the coming weeks. ~~~>it passed already T_T

"We would like to again issue an appeal through this film that it is safe to travel to Japan," Japan Tourism Agency Commissioner Hiroshi Mizohata told a Tokyo news conference launching the broadcast of short messages by Arashi. The group members were appointed last year to be the agency's ambassadors and are popular at home and abroad, particularly in Asia.

At the same press event, Foreign Minister Takeaki Matsumoto said, "The disaster has forced a drastic fall in tourists, but I hope that we can convey to the world that Japan is in top form" through the footage of five tourist spots filmed by the group's members.

The Arashi members filmed their scenes as a group in Tokyo and individually from Hokkaido and Aomori prefectures to Okinawa and Kagoshima prefectures and the city of Kyoto, interacting with locals and introducing cuisine and practices, including the sitting meditation known as "zazen" in Kyoto.
